World Masters Games is the international all-around games for lifelong sports inviting anyone round age 30 or over who love sports.
The Games are held one every four years next to the Olympic Games, and the 10th convention is decided to be held in Kansai areas of Japan in 2021.

Sacred Arena of Kansai rugby “Hanazono Rugby Stadium”…
The “Hanazono Rugby Stadium” is the first dedicated ground for rugby in Japan known as the Sacred Arena for rugby in Japan. In addition, Higashiosaka City having Hanazono Rugby Stadium within the urban area is also called as "Rugby town”.

Shimogamo Shinto Shrine…
The formal name is “Kamo-mioya-jinja”.
Also known as “Shimogamo-san” or “Shimogamo-jinja” in an affectionate manner .
City of Kyoto has been developed centered along the River Kamo, and the "Jinja" (Shinto Shrine) is enshrined downstream of the river. The main shrines, both east and west, are designated as national treasures.
In 1910, Keio University students introduced rugby football to the prewar Daisan-High-School (the precursor of Kyoto University) in this place, to get the ball rolling also is the Kansai area, and hence the birthplace of Kansai rugby raising within the precincts a memorial stela, read “The point of Kickoff”.…World Cultural Heritage
